Stayed here for a week, was attending the graph expo show! The service level was brilliant! The quality of room, service, food is top class! Will highly recommend. They team at the front desk were awesome!
Just moved to Orlando and finally got some time to myself. I am a Kessler fan ( after spending time at the Grand Bohemian Asheville in Asheville North Carolina and the Beaver Creek Lodge Beaver Creek Colorado ) so I wanted to take in the the Grand Bohemian Orlando. It's absolutely beautiful and I could not have had better service. The meal in the lounge was excellent. A friend and I went to brunch and the food and presentation was great!
Was in town for a meeting, stayed at the hotel and ate dinner, was absolutely fabulous! Cloud 9, crab cake and sea bass, can't wait for an encore.
I enjoyed almost every aspect of this hotel-the aesthetic, the staff, the location. There however, were two things I found pretty annoying: 1. Apparently out of 3 elevators only the far right elevator worked because it was the ONLY ELEVATOR SHAFT THAT EVER OPENED DURING OUR 2 NIGHT 3 DAY STAY. This made for very long waits for a 15 story hotel and our room was on the 14th floor. It also meant people crowding onto one elevator quite frequently. 2.
