Sandi Gassett-McCloud I had the worst stay on 12 October 2015!!! I am visiting for work and the hotel refused to clean my room. Then would not give me a refund for their mistakes. The manager Nicole Lindsey tried to give me free breakfast like that would forgive the establishment's unwillingness to clean the room. The hotel and the management lack of understanding was atrocious. Stayed here for a week, was attending the graph expo show! The service level was brilliant! The quality of room, service, food is top class! Will highly recommend. They team at the front desk were awesome!
Just moved to Orlando and finally got some time to myself. I am a Kessler fan ( after spending time at the Grand Bohemian Asheville in Asheville North Carolina and the Beaver Creek Lodge Beaver Creek Colorado ) so I wanted to take in the the Grand Bohemian Orlando. It's absolutely beautiful and I could not have had better service. The meal in the lounge was excellent. Amazing brunch! Our server Leo was the best! A must try!
A friend and I went to brunch and the food and presentation was great!
Was in town for a meeting, stayed at the hotel and ate dinner, was absolutely fabulous! Cloud 9, crab cake and sea bass, can't wait for an encore.
