I just completed my weekend scuba diving class. I went into the class very nervous about diving/breathing underwater/taking my mask off underwater. I'm naturally a nose breather so it was a little difficult for me to get used to breathing through my mouth, but once I focused and with the encouragement of my classmates and my instructor Ben Brown, I finally figured it out and was able to get comfortable doing all that was taught to and asked of me!
