I called repeatedly in Novrmber trying to get an estimate on a rather substantial job. I finally got an appointment for an estimate in December. Here we are 3 months later, and I have not gotten the estimate or a return call to my queries about the estimate. Each time I call the office, I am promised a return call. I give up. I will be seeking out a more reputable company that actually cares about and responds to the customer.
