The service was the only thing acceptable about it. I have no idea how anyone could possibly make Mexican food this bad. The ranchero sauce was a sweet tomato sauce that tasted like ketchup, the cheese in the enchiladas was barely melted and chewy, and the most prominent flavor on the chalupa was the iceberg lettuce. We have been eating at posados since it opened and the food is always delicious, but the service was a little inconsistent.Recently we learned that our favorite server, Becca, is back. We will always ask for her to wait on us because she is always smiling and seems genuinely happy to see us!
