Great food, this time the service was awesome too. Favorite Tex-Mex restaurant.
Food was great, prices not too bad. Service was not very good, very slow.
We were quickly seated, chips and salsa delivered to the table and our drink orders taken. About 10 minutes later our server is hanging out at the tortilla machine and we still have no drinks. I asked for a new server and that helped a little, service was still well below what one would expect as slow as it was. Very disappointed. Manager did knock $10 off the tab, but I would have rather paid it and had a better experience.
Service was beyond terrible. We were in for dinner around 6pm on a Wednesday night. There were maybe 4 other tables in the entire restaurant. The server came & took our drink order & disappeared. My husband had to go hunt down a manager who was also MIA to try to get drinks. Our appetizer (a bowl of queso) came out 15 minutes after we ordered it BEFORE WE GOT OUR DRINKS! We requested a new server, service still wasn’t great, it was very slow. Orders came out wrong, food was soggy. Just all around bad service & bad food.
day 3 of recovering from food poisoning.......all signs point to my Sunday evening dinner at Posados....I ordered my usual....first thing I noticed was an off putting taste of the refried beans.....the carne asada steak was room temp at best and the 3 bowl of salsa had a strong putrid taste....I have never had as severe stomach pains as what I had monday morning...I can never trust this (one of my favs) restaurant again.
The service was fine. The drinks were good. The food was not so good. I could have made a better taco salad at home. We won’t be going back when there are so many other places that are wonderful. Gloria’s is way better!
This place use to be amazing. Still great food but TERRIBLE service.
