I highly recommend Dr. Portuondo. When I went to his office to get a tooth extracted his staff was friendly and made sure I was comfortable (they even gave me headphones so I would not have to listen to the drilling). Dr. Portuondo removed the tooth so efficiently, I didn’t realize the procedure was over. It is such a relief now! When I go for my follow-up appointments I never even have to wait for him to see me. It is a pleasure to have him as my oral surgeon and his staff is amazing.

Professional, clean and kind people who make the experience of getting your wisdom teeth removed (or whatever else you're having done) as pleasant as can be. This is a family-run practice where you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work - there's a reason Dr. Portuondo has a reputation as the best place to go to have your wisdom teeth removed!

Having been a patient of Dr. Portuondo for 13+ years, I state without hesitation that the care received from the staff and Dr. Portuondo from the moment one arrives in his modern office is excellent, whether that attention comes from Annie, his administrative assitant, Judy and Claudia (his medical assistants) or Dr. Portuondo himself. Amazing doctor, amazing staff. I had my wisdom teeth removed on Thursday and by Friday I was in almost no pain and with very little swelling. I will totally recommend him to everybody.

Have already recommended Dr. Portuondo to others. My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted and she hardly had much pain or discomfort afterwards. The office visits were punctual, staff was professional and friendly. The doctor even called personally to follow up that same evening. Will definitely go back to him if needed.
