Dentist is just fine, but had an issue with a rather rude staff member when trying to resolve an erroneous bill. I've been seeing this dentist with the same insurance for over two years. Had some cavities filled earlier this year. I was given a total price at the front desk (I am always explicit - confirming the FINAL amount owed), paid in full, and went on with my life. RecommendedAs a senior citizen, I can honestly say this is the best dentist I have been to, in my entire life.
Today was my very first visit and I was super pleased! I have high anxiety with dentist, but I was okay..they made me feel calm, cool and at ease. Everyone was so kind and caring. They gave me a complete run down of what I needed, the cost and offered financial resources to assist if needed. They were very cautious with safety regarding Covid 19, but still was welcoming and warm. I have found my dentist and referring my daughter! Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

Zeynep's (3yo) first Dental visit was a hit!! She woke me up, very excited, dressed as a Dr for her doctor visit! She has grown up in this office as I started my ortho journey when she was learning to sit up. Everyone in the office loves to play with her and she feels right at home. This is not a pediatric dental office but it IS the best office Ive ever been to!! Absolutely wonderful group!
Thanks Dr Cone and team for helping me during a rather difficult and frightening (for me) procedure this morning. I appreciate her and her assistants humanity and compassion. Without it, this would have been a negative and painful experience. She was patient with me and made sure that we proceeded without me being in a great deal of discomfort. The front end staff made sure that I was aware of costs on all treatment plans and I felt well informed.
