The hygienists and doctors have always been great, no problems there. However I can no longer recommend Portsmouth Dental to anyone. They have a long history of problems in the billing department: overcharging, undercharging, sometimes charge at time of visit, sometimes don't, failure to disclose at time of service whether the services will be covered by insurance or not, how much the service will cost, failure to disclose when a service has a lower cost alternative, incorrect codes sent to the insurance, bills lacking in de... read more
Dr May and Dr Royer always make me feel at ease. (I am the biggest baby when it comes to dentist). Dental Hygenist, Jenny, is so gentle and personable. I am thankful to have been led to this practice.
