Horrible place to live. Parking is a JOKE!!!! There is a security company that works with a towing company and every night they sit in the parking lot looking for cars to tow' if they tow your car get ready to spend $215.00 to get it back. The tenants are not my cup of tea either!!!! RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!!!!!
They will scam you when it's time to renew. I recently moved to MA from LA. I signed a 6 month lease with Liberty Park Apartments. As the lease came up to renew, I asked for a quote for a 1 year lease. Liberty Park apartments tried to charge me $400.00 more than the rate advertised on their web site for my apartment. I understand rent eventually goes up, but they should not be taking advantage of their customers by charging more to loyal tenants who live in the apartment than advertised on their web site. Don't even bother with Alborada Apartments. I had to move out because there are two hell raising kids living above me. I've complained many times to no avail. The staff didn't do anything about it. The maintenance don't respond to online request, I have to call the office every time to get any maintenance work done. When I moved out, I hired a professional housekeeper to clean the apartment and they still charged me cleaning fees. That's plain extortion!!!
They made a bunch of verbal claims outside of the contract language which where lies. I would like to state them here, so it will be more difficult for them next time. -Parking: They said "We have plenty of parking, plus you can always park in the grocery stores parking lot." Parking is ALWAYS a problem. And no, parking illegally in the stores lot after hours is not cool. Yup- JackSparrow is spot on – JackSparrow- EVERYTHING you say is true! Ive lived here for 6 years and I'm moving out as soon as my lease expires. The management team forgot to look and see that I pay $100 a month for storage and clipped my lock on my storage unit- when I went to mgmt, they said that they clipped my lock because "it's for paying customers only" - (accused me)- I asked them to look up to see my payments and they said "oh- you are paying". My First Review Ever – Day 1 of moving in was a really bad experience for me - still don't have a parking spot, had to wait nearly 40 minutes to sign my lease because mgmt was no where to be found for the time my appointment was scheduled for. I received a clicker for the garage, which was wrong and didn't work. Nobody answered the phone or responded to my knocking on the door for nearly 2 hours, so carrying boxes across the community from a completely different garage late night while worrying about the "parking police" tic... read more
Management Sucks – Property manager changed to a new one this year, Dianna. She is AWFUL! She has no respect for people. Renter beware. Factor in at least $300 for utils/mo. Watch out for rent increases as well - they will drain you if they can. Oh and the shuttle is a joke - takes at least 20 mins in the a.m. to get to the T. And you have to share the shuttle van with fat 300 lb people.
