Seriously the best dinner my wife and I have ever had. Worked out great for our 1 year anniversary and our waitress was phenomenal. Highly recommended.
The calamari appetizer was salty and hard...my husbands salmon dinner was supposed to be encrusted and on a bed of rice (the rice was very spicy) which my husband set aside and the waitress insisted he have another veggie and potato which my husband at that point didn't want but she she insisted...needless to say she brought a potato and veggie that was overdone...when she told the chef about the spicy rice he said "spicy" at that point I think the whole restaurant heard which just made our meal time not pleasant...I had the... read more
Four of us vacationed in the Finger Lakes in August and our boat captain mentioned Ports when we asked where to eat. Never did we expect such amazing food and friendly staff. We put down the menu when our waitress, Sara, starting rattling off all the incredible specials. We did not have to think about where to eat the following night, we were back for some more.... and all new specials, just as good as the night before. Thank you Sara, for being such a great waitress and taking good care of us. Jen, Jim, Mike and Kristyn.
The daily specials nearly outnumber the regular menu. Very creative and tasty food. Chris our waiter was attentive and knowlegeable. One of the best dining experiences in the Finger Lakes.
We stayed in Penn Yan for 4 nights and ate here 2 of those nights. Absolutely outstanding. We loved that the menu changes daily and everything is fresh. The food and service is top notch. If we visit the area again we will definitely be stopping here for dinner!
