Great location. They are doing an amazing paint job that makes the place look brand new.
Noisy as the nearby street
My first review is of the initial move in! Becky and Celeste have beyond exceeded my expectations so far! They were the most professional, honest, and friendly staff I have ever worked with at a complex! Our last staff crew (other than maintenance. they were more respectful and professional than the management) at Provence of Valencia were terrible! This complex has made me soooo happy thus far! I will write another review once we are moved in! :)
