Not real issues so far. When I put a request in, it gets addressed within a couple days if it’s not an emergency. Easy online payment system. Will update if anything bad really happens as a tenant.
I used to manage this place. Terrible people in the office. They don’t care about fixing anything. They fired me because I was actually trying to get stuff done. They don’t care about their staff imagine their residents. I feel so bad for resident conditions. When I was there they kept avoiding a rat issue and mailbox issues and many many many work orders. DO NOT live in their properties. Save yourself the headache.
Very friendly
Completely unprofessional. Do not communicate. They will hold an open house and not show up and have their voicemail full. Expect to waste a lot of your valuable time if you work with these people. I couldn’t possibly recommend less.
