I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The management at this apartment has been very unprofessional and unresponsive. On multiple occasions, I’ve encountered staff members who were rude, dismissive, and showed little to no respect or concern for residents’ needs. Basic requests and maintenance issues are either ignored or handled with an attitude. My daughter visited these apartments and I don’t recommend it to anyone. The staff was rude and loud. the elevator smells like it’s been wiped down with an old dirty mop. The gym has no working equipment let alone wipes to maintain cleanliness. The amenities listed are not even available to the residents! You can hear everything through the thin walls. The rental office is not as professional as it should be. Most of the time when I visit, the leasing agents have the lights off. I’ve witnessed them slide important documents under the door to avoid tenants and their questions. Overall, customer service training is needed.
