Phenomenal service from Di! She went above and beyond helping my mother and me — from the change rooms to finding the right sizes, even calling another store to track down what we needed. She also took the time to price match with the website, which we really appreciated. You don’t come across service like this every day. Di was absolutely wonderful, so helpful with everything, and truly made our shopping experience enjoyable. She’s the best of the best!

Portmans used to be my go to for work clothing, but their range of corporate clothing is now so poor I haven’t been able to purchase anything suitable for a long time. Over the past few years they have just made the same styles over and over in different prints. Fabric is poor quality and the designs are boring. Time for a new design team.
