The customer service here has gone down hill in the last, I’d say 6 months. Everytime I’ve gone into the store lately all these girls do is stand there and talk to each other. They don’t acknowledge customers or anything. It’s really quite pathetic.

Bad service. Girls working there shut the door on my face at 4:22 when its supposed to close at 5. I said i need to buy few items but one of them was cleaning and rudely replied we need to clean so cant display anything. I said but its still 40 min left she didnt care and closed the door. She was korean or japanese look aged around 40 + Portsman is loosing their elite customer because of these unprofessional staff.
Nice collection for women at Portmans. Stylish clothes and good variety. The staff were very helpful and friendly too. Enjoyed the shopping experience!
