Bad service. Girls working there shut the door on my face at 4:22 when its supposed to close at 5. I said i need to buy few items but one of them was cleaning and rudely replied we need to clean so cant display anything. I said but its still 40 min left she didnt care and closed the door. She was korean or japanese look aged around 40 + Portsman is loosing their elite customer because of these unprofessional staff.
Nice collection for women at Portmans. Stylish clothes and good variety. The staff were very helpful and friendly too. Enjoyed the shopping experience!
The WORST staff out there
I visited the Portmans store at Werribee Plaza at around 3:30-4pm to return two tops that were purchased online in December. Both items had developed small tears despite being hand washed and cared for strictly as per the care instructions. From the moment the staff member looked at the items, she immediately stated that they had not been cared for properly, without asking any questions or listening to my explanation. Phenomenal service from Di! She went above and beyond helping my mother and me — from the change rooms to finding the right sizes, even calling another store to track down what we needed. She also took the time to price match with the website, which we really appreciated. You don’t come across service like this every day. Di was absolutely wonderful, so helpful with everything, and truly made our shopping experience enjoyable. She’s the best of the best!
