Had a weird experience there today. Returned 2 items. Then browsed the store. Found 3 more items walked to the other side of the store with 3 items in hand. Security beepers went off as I got too close but still far enough from the exit. Lady comes over I said sorry the other customers were in my way but can I try these on. Yes she said. I called to check for stock for something, she asked for the line number. I told her I didn’t have it but I could get it if she needed but gave her the style name, which I know for a fact can be searched. She just told me she can’t search the name. Then when I asked her to hold, she was basically like, we don’t have it. I’d like to know how they knew that if they couldn’t search for it. I came in here to 3 girls working. I was ignored for the entire 5 minutes I was in there. They were extremely unprofessional talking about their weekends and general gossip. I understand the girls are human and conversation is ok at work but when there's customers in store these girls should be working, driving KPIs, making sales, sharing promos, and at the very least SAYING HELLO. Yes - we didn't even get a hello. Absolutely no acknowledgement. 0 stars if I could.
