We had a great experience with Erica! As we moved to Portland from out of state, she was very accommodating and patient, showing us many houses in several neighborhoods until we found the right one for us. She provided excellent guidance in writing an offer and getting under contract, and she expertly handled the inspection process, coordinating inspectors and contractors so that we could move quickly and efficiently. We recommend her to all our friends!

Erica was my realtor when I bought my first home over 15 years ago, and I returned to her recently when it was time to sell it and buy a new home. Erica is a fantastic realtor. This review is long overdue, but I need to give praise and thanks to Sally and Carla for being so absolutely amazing! They are far and beyond the best realtors that we have ever worked with, and that says a lot since we have had some awesome realtors in the past. They were so prompt with all of our communications and were great with scheduling showings for us.
