Waxing perfection – I've been waxed many times all over the country and nobody has ever come close to the job that Lisa at Portland Waxing did. Friendly, quick, VERY thorough, great clean up. To top it off, she waxed a small patch at the small of my back, ripped off my happy trail and got a few stray hairs way down my one thigh....and didn't charge anything extra! Best brazilian wax in Portland! – I've tried out different waxing places eve since I started getting waxed. Some were awful, some were really awful, some not so bad, some good. But, I just had my first wax with Lisa at Portland Waxing and have found my new permanant waxer. No one else in town even comes close to her skill level. BEST WAXER EVER!! – I have been getting waxed for over ten years and Lisa is by far the best. She is so incredibly thorough but still quick. I have been to waxers not only in Oregon but California as well and she is hands down the best there is. The product she uses is great. I dont get ingrown hairs and the redness is gone by the end of the day. I highly recommend her for all your waxing needs!
A true professional – I've been getting my back waxed for several years. My last place closed down so I was in the market for a new waxer when I found Lisa. I just had my first wax from her and I can't imagine I'll ever go to anybody else again. Most places I have been to will wax my back and send me on my way with all the hair still on my shoulders. Waxing for all shapes and sizes – God cursed me with a hairy back, and to make matters worse, I'm a middle aged (ouch) pasty guy who could lose more than a few pounds. Taking my shirt off in front of total strangers isn't something I normally do, but at the urging (hounding) of my wife, I finally made an appointment to have the back hair dealt with. TOTAL WAXING GODDESS!!! – Lisa is really something. She knows about perfecting a craft. Highly specialized and highly skilled. She knows how to do it right. I get a perfect wax, great conversation, cool atmosphere...she's got it all. I doubt there is a better wax in the U.S., let alone the great PNW.
Who thought getting waxed could be relaxing? – I always thought that getting a bikini or brazilian wax was going to hurt like hell, but to my surprise, Lisa made the whole experience relaxing and totally comfortable. She's laid back, and is really comfortable at what she is doing. My session was so less painful than what I thought it would be. I will definitely be back to Lisa, even though it is a 30 minute drive from my house.
I Agree with all the other 5 stars – I have been seeing Lisa for about a year now and she does an absolutely fantastic job. She is very thorough and detailed. It doesn't hurt that she is a sweetheart and relaxed, either. Highly recommended.
Incredible wax experience! – I must admit that I was scared when I booked my appointment. Just the thought a getting a Brazilian made me break out in a sweat, but I picked up the phone and called anyway. Lisa was really nice when I talked to her.
