For over and above care we trust PVS and Dr. Noble and Dr. Macgregor. If not for the care we would have lost our Lady much sooner. Very caring and informative in treatments.
Very compassionate, loving care. The wait was long. It's hard on a pet that is ill and has traveled for hours to wait for over an hour to be seen. The estimate I was given fell short by a few hundred and that happens but when a pet has been ill for twelve or more weeks, the bills accumulate quickly. I wish I had been given a "heads up."
Dr. Philibert was amazing in the treatment of my cat Reeses. I would highly recommend him to anyone and am very thankful for everything he did. Both him and the vet techs always did an amazing job answering questions and explaining different treatment options and what to expect. I am very grateful to have such amazing pet care so close to home!
My cat had to undergo Radio-iodine therapy for a thyroid condition. Her condition had caused her to lose nearly 4 pounds and her behavior to change(for the worst). The staff at PVS was amazing. After choosing the Radio-Iodine for treatment the staff provided me with so much reading educational material so that I was able to truly under my cats condition. An exceptional group of professionals, knowledgeable, warm, caring, forthright, and most of all, compassionate. There was very little time while I was dealing with the staff that I wasn't crying, and yet they were so patient. Our beloved cat Max was diagnosed by his vet, Dr. Rennix, at Poland Animal Hospital, with lymphoma, and immediately sent to PVS.
