I experience the worst customer service that torque offers. I bought a tablet from this company, after a purchasing, the day itself it didn't work. I went back to the store and return the faulty item and I believed that the replacement is worst as well. After a month of using it , the mother board was damaged, I tried my best to take care of the unit but it didn't work because the product itself is big mistake. I worked there and all you are buying is a used transmission with a fancy paint job. Used clutches used bands used solenoids damaged parts stuffed in a fresh coat of paint. You don't even get a overhaul kit sometimes. Converter failures are a everyday occurance. But what does Dave care as long as hee,s drinking a beer. There warranty expires when u buy the transmission so if u have a brain u won't. Don't buy anything from ptp unless u like getting skamed.

I HAVE A COUPLE SUGGESTIONS ABOUT THE RACKET THAT PTP RUNS. STAY THE HECK AWAY. FIRST OFF THE WARRANTY THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE OR HONOR WOULD'NT EVEN MAKE VERY GOOD TOILET PAPER WITH IT. 2ND IS DO NOT ONLINE ORDER A TRANNY OR VIA SHIP ONE. IF THEY REBUILD YOUR TRANNY THE VEHICLE BETTER BE WITHIN TOWING DISTANCE BACK TO THERE SHOP SO YOU CAN TOW IT BACK TO THEM AND DUMP IT ON THERE LAP, BECAUSE THAT WILL BE YOUR ONLY PRAYER IN HELL OF ANY TYPE OF WARRANTY.

First off--all these websites that have reviews so when people look up a business on the internet they think they are getting an accurate picture of the business are bogus IMHO. No business, no way at no time has kept all customers happy and this is just not a very good indicator of history. But my car works NOW. It runs like a dream.
