Thorough and thoughtful intake with Nurse Kate who came to our home. Kaiser referred us to Signature since their hospice is full. Within a day of our referral we were contacted and were able to schedule our intake appointment. I like their focus on comfort and that it's an interdisciplinary approach.
The Signature HOSPICE Team took wonderful care of my husband. Their response time was excellent. I would like to say a big "thank you" to Dr Carma J. Lee, Teresa B., Karla, Matt S.and Sarah Eddy, for all you did to make sure that my husband was comfortable and out of pain. Great Teamwork.
Recovery has been a long time but I had good people working with me. I’ve had really professional people especially my wound care nurses.
Very prompt and polite execution of appointments and services. If we needed supplies they were here promptly. Personal care and compassion for all involved in Sandy's care.
Signature home health is a terrible company. They said they would provide post operative physical therapy and did not contact me until 2weeks after my surgery. By that time, it was too late. Consequently, I am weeks behind on my recovery. Stay away from this company. They do not care about patients and make false promises.
