Signature Hospice was the best! For several weeks Hospice supported my wife before she died peacefully on March, 15. Everyday I had meetings with Eli, Kelly and Nicholas who managed her meds and overall care. They kept me informed and up to date and because of their suggestion I was able to gather out of town family and friends to be there for several days before and when she died. Signature Hospice was amazing! I received so much assistance from Kristine, Rachel and Nicole. During this most difficult time they were caring and gental and supported me as well. I couldn't have asked for more and I am extremely grateful for all they did.
My father was on home hospice care and Signature Hospice care genuinely took care of my father. They were there from the beginning to the end. They expedited everything and came right over when I called them. They were caring and knowledgeable and also took the time out to get to know my dad personally. I recommend them to anyone who has to experience taking care of their parent in the final phase of their life.
I can't say enough nice things about Signature Hospice. I had my mother changed to Signature care after consulting the nurse at mom's facility and after having real concerns about her prior hospice care, a different company. Signature has always rapidly adjusted their care and schedule according to mom's health and quick to provide any helpful equipment to make her more comfortable and safe. I saw Eli at Windsong most times I visited and, in addition, he called once a week to update me on medications and future suggestions. ... read more
