Very prompt and polite execution of appointments and services. If we needed supplies they were here promptly. Personal care and compassion for all involved in Sandy's care.
Signature home health is a terrible company. They said they would provide post operative physical therapy and did not contact me until 2weeks after my surgery. By that time, it was too late. Consequently, I am weeks behind on my recovery. Stay away from this company. They do not care about patients and make false promises.
The Signature Hospice & Aftercare Program was critical in giving me the peace and support that I needed through my father's illness and passing. The hospice staff were caring, kind, and knowledgeable, even offering to sit with my father as I ran errands for our home. The case manager offered excellent referrals and was hands on not only with the support of my father, but my welfare as a caregiver.
