100% would recommend this service. Ryan was a class-act and very knowledgeable. His report was highly detailed and forwarded quickly following the inspection!
Very thorough inspection. Report is well organized in multiple formats with pictures and without, easy to follow and understand. would hire again without question.
Ryan was incredibly thorough and professional.
We met with Ryan Edmiston yesterday for a home inspection on a property/home we are buying in Mulino. Ryan is the consummate professional you need when you are buying a new home. He was completely thorough in his inspection and provided us with a detailed report on current issues and possible issues in the future. If you need a inspector for a new purchase look no further than Portland Property Inspectors and Ryan Edmiston!
The best!!! Ryan’s inspection is thorough and he easily communicates his findings and suggestions. He notices all the details and points out potential concerns. And he’s funny and kind. Highly recommend!
