Ryan was super responsive and was able to get my last minute inspection done. His report was extremely thorough and gave us some really great insight on what owning an older home might look like. I have been following his socials for sometime now and was so happy that he was available for us! Highly recommend to anyone needing their place checked out!
Our inspector, Ryan, was incredibly thorough, as well as fun to talk with as we went through what he saw and his areas of concern. His final report included recommendations for fixes, as well as “must do” recommendations. He went through the report in person and we walked the house together. Ryan was very thorough and provided an excellent summary of the home inspection.
Ryan is the best in the game and a lovely human. He is extremely knowledgeable across the board and takes the time to point out and explain unique things he sees along the inspection. He is extremely detailed and doesn't rush anything. Inspection reports are sent out within the next day or so and are very easy to read/understand.
