This was my first time visiting a chiropractor and/or massage therapist and Dr Jeff was able to releive my pain in my hip/leg. He gave me future tips on how to matain the problem in the future. I highly reccomend Dr. Jeff. I had wonderful results and definitely see him again. Thank You, Dr. Jeff
Best deep tissue massage ever!! – I have been to many different Chiropractors and massage therapists, and have only ever received so so relief for my back pain. When I came to Dr. Jeff he was able to both help relieve my pain and give me advise on how to maintain it ! Great relief for back/neck pain. – I was visiting Portland from Santa Barbara, CA when I desperately needed help with my stiff back and neck. Dr. Jeff gave me a great deep tissue massage and an adjustment which did the trick. My adult daughter was with me and when she saw how much I was helped, she scheduled her own appointment for the same week. Great results. Thanks again, Dr. Jeff!
Portland Massage & Chiropractic – Dr. Jeff Dougal provided me an excellent service. He was very honest about what I needed, didn't try to sell me on future services. Other Chiropractors have tried telling me I need come in twice a week for a month... I walked away feeling great, and you cant beat the price on the combo massage and alignment. I will definitely be returning for his services.
