I am newer to the Portland and was looking for a chiropractor and massage therapist. I recently saw Dr. Jeff because of a variety of issues. He took the time to thoroughly assess what was going on, and even extended the time of my appointment (I was the last of the day) to meet my needs. He provided me with an adjustment, massage and left me with a variety of stretches I could use at home to continue treatment that has left me feeling much better. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend him to others!

Please read my story, this Dr is INCREDIBLE! – Dr Jeff was absolutely unbelievable, I can't thank him enough. I was hunched over and could barely shuffle into his office when I first met him. I had been that way for an agonizing MONTH. Go see Dr. Jeff! – I have a spinal injury that keeps me from working with many chiropractors and massage therapists. Dr. Jeff listened to my concerns, evaluated my conditions, and was able to work with me effectively! I will only go to Dr. Jeff as long as I live in Portland. You should too!

Best Massage/Chiro Combo In Portland! – Dr. Jeff is fantastic! I hurt my hip and could barely stand up from a sitting position. Dr. Jeff did everything he could to get me in ASAP, and worked the knot out with his strong hands, then gave me the best adjustment I've had in years! No one does massg and chiro! I moved and couldn't find a sub – Car accident. Sucks. Dr. Jeff got me in next day after I called. Very professional, very respectful of a lady's privacy. Never did anything I wouldn't expect a doctor or physical therapist to do. Does both massage and chiropractic care! When I moved to Massachusetts, I couldn't find anybody who would do both. Dr. Jeff is AWESOME!!!! – I was injured at work while moving a piano up a flight of stairs, to the point that I could barely move around without constant pain. A couple days later, I called Dr. Jeff. He was able to see me right away. Not only did Dr. Jeff help relieve my pain, he even referred me to an excellent attorney to represent me with my workers comp claim. Thanks Dr. Jeff!

Dr. Jeff!!! – Jeff Dougal is the man! I’ve already recommended several people I know to him. Dr. Jeff takes a holistic approach to healing that results in a feeling of renewal and energy at the end of EVERY visit. I always leave his office feeling 110% better than when I arrived :)

Best Massage and alignment ever! – I often suffer from shoulder and neck pain, so I found this place in my neighborhood. I got an hour massage and a chiropractic adjustment and left feeling amazing. My neck had never felt so loose and free in my life. I only wish I wasn't so bust so I could go there all the time! I would recommend Dr. Jeff Dougal to anyone, he really knows what he's doing!
