Disappointed – disappointed. This was the second time I used Rory for my mac repair. My first was about 50/50, with time lines not met, but nothing serious. So I decided to try Rory for a second time when my macbook hard drive crashed. I knew already that I needed a new hard drive, which I could have done myself for a little over $100 (cost of new hd). FABULOUS MAC SUPPORT – Every time I have needed Portland Mac Tech, I have received immediate help. The work has been outstanding; I have never had to return my computer because it wasn't repaired the first time. All of my questions have been answered to my satisfaction. I also have received answers to computer questions for which I have not been charged. The costs always have been very reasonable; never have I felt overcharged. If I have a problem with my Mac, I take it to Portland Mac Tech.
