I brought my Macbook by for Ben to repair the screen. He told me to buy the part online and that he’d repair it for $100 and have it done overnight. So, a week later, I get my LCD assembly and bring it to him, and then I wait about 4 days with no word for him. I text him a few times to check in and call him a few times, feeling pretty confused because he said it would be done overnight, and no response. I highly suggest you take your items to someone else. He had my computer for months with me having to hassle him daily or weekly for updates. He also got me confused with another customer frequently. I'm glad he didn't give her my computer. (I haven't actually turned on my old computer. Hopefully it's mine. We'll get to that later.) Ben is responsive, reliable, nice, knowledgeable and reasonable. His business is at his home which was inviting and warm. He honored my mask request. Very pleased.
