Soooo glad you are here and just down the street from my house, best service around !!!!
My boyfriend and I own a food cart in the lot next door. We've already purchased 4 aprons in the few short weeks they've been open, and we've created an extensive mental wish list of at least 200 other things we'd like to procure - our tip jar should read "See next door." Eytan, the shop's owner, offered to sharpen a few of our knives for us to help keep him in practice while word of the store spread in Portland. How lucky we are to have this shop open in Portland!!! Been buying from them over the phone from the Phoenix location for years. I can't believe Eytan opened here! Hooray!!! Best sharpener ever!
