Excellent service, knowledgeable, and professional. Edit: The home inspection doesn’t include electrical inspection. I have some flickering lights in an area of house that could have possibly been found during an inspection. Not sure if I would use this inspector again. Electrical is the most important part of the house.

I always do my ‘homework’ checking multiple companies and verifying on quality, years in business, etc for home inspection. "Thorough home inspect" is the key word for Tim. I got to work with Tim and he is amazing. Solid 5-star! I would have no hesitation in recommending Tim to any one who asks and more importantly to any of my friends, my co-workers, and family members.
Tim was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. His report was thorough and well organized and included safety and repair checklists.
Tim went above and beyond! He was completely thorough in his inspections, literally from top (roof and attic) to bottom (foundation and crawl space). He took MANY pictures of things I wouldn’t even consider to think about and even brought up solutions to every single problem or potential problem. The price is absolutely great and I truly recommend his services.
