I can't say enough good things about Tim. My son is 25, buying his first home and had lots of questions. Tim was very patient and kind and took the time to explain everything. He was very thorough and even made recommendations for taking care of things in the future. We brought the whole family, which I don't recommend, because we ended up asking him some of the same questions over again. But, he never acted impatient with us. Excellent service, knowledgeable, and professional. Edit: The home inspection doesn’t include electrical inspection. I have some flickering lights in an area of house that could have possibly been found during an inspection. Electrical is the most important part of the house. Thank you for the response.
