I called with questions regarding necessary paperwork needed for appt. Traveling 6 hours, I certainly wanted to be sure I had everything. Never got a call. Checked in the day of appt, no problems. Nurse and PA, Caitlin Phelps, PHENOMENAL! I was about 30 miles out when I realized that I had either forgot my papers with the receptionist during check out or they fell out of my folder. Terrible experience time after time.
I am recovering from stage 4 cancer and went here for a procedure recently. Dr. Morse didn't even know why he was doing the procedure, focused on the wrong elements, treated me with contempt afterward and has refused to address my concerns or apologize. I have been through hell ever since and receive zero cooperation from staff. Melissa has repeatedly lied to me...not followed through and refuses to take my calls. She promised me she would ask the board to review my case...never did...promised me that the President of the co... read more
So far it's okay...it is very clean and professional though. Wasn't much help in answers I need really or a treatment plan. However, professional and knowledgeable in most cases. *edit* changed my review based on more information to base my review on. I feel like my issue wasn't solved or attempted to be solved, my digestive issue has been on going for 6 months and I've lost nearly 30 pounds in just two months (I am now 111) and recently it's bad enough I'm bleeding somewhere internally. Caitlin Phelps was awesome took time to listen to me addressing my issues. Have seen three Drs there they are all great. Had an excellent nurse check me in. No complaints
Love the doctors and staff. Highly recommend. There is nothing I can say about them more then they are the best and most thorough practice have ever been to.
