We have used Becca at Portland floors for three different houses. She was so helpful and patient with us. We loved working with her and would recommend Becca and Portland Floors 100% We did some price comparisons and felt they were very competitive. But, having the personal help and experience versus just being a customer in a big box store was invaluable. The installers were on time, polite and did a great job. I can't imagine going anywhere else for carpet and flooring.
My experience with Portland Floor was awesome. Joe measured the downstairs in a timely manner. He was precise, .kind and answered my questions. Simona was the coordinator of it all. She was patient and worked hard to make my project successful. Rudolf and his brother installed my flooring . Together they were punctual, efficient and hard workers. Great showroom with lots of options. Super unorganized sales people and install staff. Install staff needs alot of help. The guy who came to our property to do the work seemed like a high schooler. As did his experience level. Not good...
We recently had our basement carpets replaced by Portland Floors. Despite us finding a great selection in the showroom, fair prices, and quality installation I can not recommend this place because of all of their service problems. There is little if any accountability between employees. Our first encounter was with Kevin who was a new sales associate and was well versed in the product. Worked mainly with the team at the Canyon Rd location, very easy to work with. Seemingly on direct commissions and very fluid to get help from anyone available. Borrowed a BUNCH of sample boards, and glad we did. The floor we bought is perfect. I especially want to than Ben for excellent project management. We had several bumps in the road, some on us, some on shipping... just random variables. Not sure if Ben even knows the word "problems"... only "solutions".
