I called and told them my 8 year old had a broken tooth and was in pain. I brought him in today and they took the x-rays and then they told me there is nothing they can do. They could have told me over the phone they don't do anything besides x-rays and cleaning. Absolutely wasted my time and my son will be crying all weekend because of this sorry excuse for a dentist office. ����
After today, I have decided to look for a new dentist for my son. Today was our third visit here, and, while I was not impressed with the first 2 visits, today was the worst. He's 2 years old, and, like a lot of kids his age, he's scared of going to the Dr/Dentist because it might hurt. Unfortunately for my son, he did get hurt at the dentist today. We are from out of town and my wife broke a tooth the day after thanksgiving. We just happened to find them in the afternoon. We do not have insurance. They fit her into the schedule, did a thoural examination and had us out by 8:30 pm. Very nice and acomadating.
I went there a couple times and they never asked anything about my dental history just what currently is going on. On the first time I swear they drilled a cavity too deep, because it's been sensitive ever since. Also, I have lock jaw / TMJ issues which they never asked me about. The last time I went there, they forced my mouth open to get at the back which caused my jaw to lock in place.
