Don't waste your time and money! This place is a DUMP! This place is terrible. The manager Juan is a completely worthless. He pretends to care about his job but then turns around and yells at you or gets in your face when you ask him for a simple maintenance request form. It is infested with roaches, bugs and black mold. There are nearly two-inch gaps on the apartment front doors where the bugs, cigarette smoke and a miserable draft get in. dont even think about it horrible horrible horrible. Very very very old building. very very expensive. very very sketchy. people get mugged at the door all the time. stuff never works. leaks all over. very noisy. very thin walls and ceilings. squeeky. shady shady new management, manager used to work for homeboy industries. never responds to phone calls. never ever does repairs in litterally less than three or four weeks. gas leaking at my place.
