kids above us need to be attended, spoke with desk clerk and still at it for 4 hours

The elevator is very crowded. You must wait at least 20 minutes to be able to descend or ascend &The pool is dirty. There is dirt inside that is not healthy & They don't accept credit card service, they just want cash & There are not many parking spaces there is very difficult & Breakfast is not enough for everyone. There is a huge shortage & It deserves only 3 stars or less
I was mistreated by the Front Desk clerk which made the whole stay bad
