To sum it up right away, it is all about the view. This place has an absolute stunning panoramic view of Portland from it's large windows that are all around the restaurant. You can see almost all major sites from this high perch in the sky. I would say defiantly go to enjoy the view, but not so much for the food. This place did not disappoint! First time in Portland and came here to celebrate my birthday with friends. The seafood cioppino was excellent! Ryan, the bartender, made the perfect martinis. I would highly recommend this to friends and families!
