Service Department is the worst. Have taken vehicle numerous time for a check engine light that never gets resolved. They charge an arm and a leg for not doing the job right. Will not go there again!!
We bought a 2018 Charger here and during the purchase we commented on the tires being worn. We were "assured" by Jerrod the sales manager the tires were fine and not to worry. Took the car into this same dealership today after 3000 miles for it's first oil changed that we were also told we would get 2 changes free. Nope that was a lie also we had to pay for the oil change and were also told by the tech the car needs new tires. Don't waste your time buying from this place they will tell you one thing and then tell you another thing they are a big joke there costumer service sucks and my wife bought her car from them and they told her she needed the extended warranty and she could cancel it any time well guess what that's a lie they told her because she tried more than once to have it cancelled and they tell her they can't and out of all the dalerships in Porterville they are the only ones who are having a black Friday sale I wonder why probably bec... read more
Service department is the worst. Especially the service manager John. They would surely benefit from customer service training. Bought a car and truck here but will never buy from Porterville Chrysler again. Just bought a new jeep at Lampe in Visalia and they were great!
