Incompetent and rude. Took me on as a client, never responded to my emails, doesn't return phone calls and I had to chase him down. Excuse is always telling me, "oh yeah I have been to busy". When I am him I was on a short timeline he had the nerve to tell me I should find another realtor. Fine, however he said this and immediately hung up on me.
Simply the best realtor in the area.
