RecommendedBest veterinary hospital in the area, period. We had an emergency recently and our vet wasn’t available. We arrived at Porters Neck without an appointment and they were able to see us within 15 minutes. Our 2 1/2 year old Cockapoo, Bear, had suddenly stopped eating, and was vomiting and trembling all over. He could barely walk. RecommendedDr. Ron Harris, is great. Although my dog hates just about everyone, Dr. Harris is completely understanding of my hard headed boy and works around the issues. We had a great experience today, with a wonderful and caring staff, I can’t recommend them enough. I left my old vet because of the unavailability of appointments, and I am always guaranteed to be fit in with Porters Neck. RecommendedI had a sick kitty on a Saturday and my usual vet was closed. Porters Neck was open and accepts walk ins on Saturdays so I headed that way. Once there, every staff member I encountered was so nice. They took my concerns for my Sherbert and treated him with care and dignity. Unfortunately, I left and Sherbert didn’t get to come home with me. I can honestly say that every single interaction was based in kindness and concern for my cat and myself. RecommendedWhen my cat needed help and my regular vet was booked up, they recommended that I try this place. I’m glad I did because I’ve never met a nicer group of people. They took time with our cat, kept her comfortable overnight, and kept us well informed.
