RecommendedWhen traveling through this area of NC, our yellow lab came down with an eye ailment. The front desk staff were so kind, getting us in the same day we called. The vet was also kind, and thorough. Explaining everything to us. We never felt rushed. The price for the visit was also very reasonable. Thank you from a couple of visitors from South Dakota! RecommendedOur family had a Fantastic experience with Dr Rowe, Dr Simmons and their staff dealing with an urgent issue for our oldest golden. Dr Rowe did a very thorough exam, provided consistent updates and follow up and fabulous compassionate care and concern for our Tucker. For her day off, she handed off our care to Dr Simmons who also provided wonderful care and detailed discharge instruction! I highly recommend them based on our experience!
Very caring with our dog!! Even though they weren’t our regular vet, they fit us in without an appointment when our own vet would not. Needless to say, they are now out vet!!

RecommendedI’ve recently started using Porter’s Neck Vet. They came highly recommend by my employer and some friends. My dog is having a little issue, so I’ve been in 2 times in the last few weeks. I’ve seen 2 of the female doctors- both very nice and knowledgeable. All the staff seem to really care and they are always so friendly. I was nervous to switch from my old vet because of cost, but they are very affordable. The hospital is clean and not crazy- which help my dogs relax.
RecommendedThis is Spirit! In September of 2015 he was hours away from dying because he was suffering from undiagnosed Addison's Deseases. If it wasn't for Dr. Rebecca's realistic diagnosis and treatment plan he wouldn't be here today. However, he has had an additional four years (and is still going strong) of enjoying sunbaths and fireside lounging because of this incredible vet and her team. Thank you! He is my baby and is still with me because of you.
