Meh. Not particularly friendly, and not very efficient. Even 6 months ago, they were more service oriented. Maybe it was a bad day for them, but I'm thankful that I was only there for an alignment and not signing up for an ongoing service relationship.
mike went above and beyond to help me. He called me and let me know quickly that he could fix my truck and got me back on the road the next morning. Dylan was also very helpful and nice. I will definitely be back! thanks again for treating me so nice!
Took my car to get the wheels balanced and an alignment. Wasn't till I got down the road and up to highway speed that I noticed my car was even worse off than when I got there, called immediately to see if I came back 20min away if they would be able to fix it and was told I would have to wait till they got an opening. So now I have to take another day off just to have them fix their mistake.
