Had an appointment for 230 and they told me it would only take a hour and a half to change my brakes. I didn’t leave till after 7pm! They supposedly close at 6 but made me wait longer. When asked why it is taking so long, the response was they were getting “caught up”. What a joke. They offered a free oil change but why would I want to wait 4 hours for that next time? Definitely don’t recommend if you want a timely repair.

There is one good thing about NTB. While your car is getting a nearly 3 hour oil change you can walk to Catch 22. I dropped my car off in the morning for an oil change and possibly a transmission fluid change. They took so long with the oil change, by the time they called to recommend the transmission fluid to be changed, it had almost been 3 hours and I didn’t have more time to wait. Amazing service from National Tire & Battery today!!! Highly recommend Dusty for tires, brakes, alignment, rotation, etc! My husband and I have both used this place for new tires and the pricing is great with an awesome warranty deal that includes rotations and alignments for free. I went in with an almost blown tire and within an hour and a half had four new ones and balance/alignment. Clean facility, great waiting area, AND walking distance to Walmart, Cracker Barrel, Cookout, etc.
