Fletcher Porter was prompt with service and very knowledgeable. While we bought 2 sets of tires. My wife's car needed new lug nuts for her Lincoln. Fletcher offered her a company car to drive for 4 days because he had to special order her lugs. This type of care can only be seen at our hometown tire store.
