RecommendedFar and beyond ,customer service, Billy had made a careless mistake , it happens, recognized it. I had a trip to Nashville by 12pm and they took responsibility and personally went to Knoxville from Morristown just for me . That’s what I call great customer service . Now I can make it on time for my day and it’s not ruined . Nonetheless the order was expected to arrive at 3pm and I’m grateful for going BEYOND expectations!!
