I like that you can walk in off the street and easily get in, without having to make an appointment. The service guys are friendly, and you never have to wait very long, even if you just want to get tires rotated. Sales people are not pushy, so you can get new or good used tires if you need them. They've been around for a long time for a good reason-they aim to please.
Pulled in with a low tire was greeted nicely and fixed right up. Great service . I will be back.
Stay away from this place !!! We ordered tires online, went to Porters to have them put on, and they refused !!!! Our family has done buisness here for years, and spent thousands of dollars. No more !!!!
I have an older 2004 Honda Civic that my son is driving to Walters State and had Porters do an oil change and front and rear alignment and tires all around . A few weeks later I had them put 4 new tires on my Acura TSX . Both times I was treated extremely well and the owner came and talked to me and all the employees were very nice to chat with and do business with . Awesome experience!!
Excellent customer service. Porter's went out of their way to meet my automotive needs.
