I have been in the ministry-pastoral care business since 1999. I have worked with this company on funerals and with families in probably- at least 100 services. I have repeatedly watched Porter Loring Mortuary, treat people with the utmost respect, tenderness and honesty. There is not another company I would even consider using- over Porter Loring. Kudos to 97 years of treating people with gentleness and respect.
Absolutely awful. After my poor mother already paid over $400 plus for an escort, they call her back a few days later saying she owes another $135 for a lead car that no one even gets to ride in. Why was this not included in the initial amount my mother paid? You should be ashamed of yourselves. I do not recommend this business at all.
