Couldn’t be more disappointed with this place. After fighting with them for over a week to just simply view my grandmothers body when they had no legal right to keep me from doing that. I spoke with an attorney and finally got to see her. There were multiple conversations with many people and not once did they mention family members could send memories to be read aloud during the service and yet they allowed it for one specific person.
