Kim was amazing. I have toured more than 10 properties in the last couple of weeks and I can say she was the most comprehensive, professional and sweet. You can tell that the property is well taken care of, offers a lot of amenities at no extra charge, and at a very strategic location.
You can tell the age of building when you see it. And it’s hard to reach the management team since there is no front desk reception and they will only reply your message when they are comfortable.
Although the place is clean and the Christmas decorations are nice, the package sometimes will lost and they will charge the high payment fee each month paying the rent for all kinds of payment methods including checking.
