Every place had it' pro's and con's. The pro's are the big, spacious room. The very nice security man,Ted. And the equally nice pleasant leasing agent, Nancy. The owner, Mark can be quite polite also. George & Mike in maintainance are curtious and treat everyone with respect. The cons. I was told by the leasing agent, when I moved in that the rent rarely goes up. I've been here 3 years and it's gone up every year. Yes only 5 & 10 dollars. But that adds up. I love it here !! Multi cultural atmosphere just the way I like it ! Everyone is nice
I lived here for several years and I do enjoy my spaces two bed rooms with a formal dining room apartment
