Best customer experience I've had in a long time. The employees have great rapport, very friendly, not pushy at all. I didn't know questions they were asking about my car and the guy was so sweet and not condescending at all. He even taught me some things about my car. I will absolutely come back.

I took in a 2006 Avalanche I just bought for an oil change. These guys diagnosed and repaired a few other small items in a very short time. Zac, Chad and Will all went above and beyond for me. Super friendly, knowledgeable team. Very reasonable prices. I definitely recommend.

This is the worst oil change shop I have ever used! They let me wait for forty minutes before telling me they were going to lunch and wouldn’t be back for an hour. The employees acted mad when they saw cars pulling in for an oil change. They turned away six customers the day I attempted to get my car serviced. I will never stop at this place ever again!
I've been to this location several times for service. Not once have I've been disappointed. In fact I wish they did more like tire rotation and balancing. The young men that work at this location have the knowledge to do the job right the first time.
We have two high mileage cars, one over 200 thousand miles and the other closer to 300 thousand. Both cars have been routinely serviced by Portage Custom Lube since they had lots of fewer miles. We always get service that is timely to the vehicle, effciently performed and provided by friendly staff.
Piss poor attitude , poor service, don't bother with this place ,,, after thier attitude they threw at us we drove on
