The worst apartment I’ve lived in (and I’ve lived in some dumps). The neighbors are noisy, we’ve had multiple issues since moving into this place. Mold grows in the bathroom constantly even with the fan and leaving to door open (it’s not due to hot water, because we haven’t had hot water since we moved in in April). Were told by the first property manager that our rent WOULD NOT increase.
