Took the family out for breakfast in South Lake Union on Sunday and noticed a list of specials from the night before on the counter as we were waiting to be seated. First item was a Wild Steelhead Salad. I sent a note to management with a few questions about whether they were actually serving wild steelhead but haven't yet received a response. Wild steelhead do not represent a sustainable harvest fishery and these guys should know better. Last visit for us, I'm afraid. Total bummer as they make a killer breakfast.

Absolutely fresh and taste amazingly good!
Loved the Breakfast Bar with the fresh fruit. The roasted vegetables, eggs and corned beef hash were excellent too. Nice thick chewy toast. The place was very busy, but only waited 25 minutes to get seated. I want to go back and try more items on the menu. Yum!
