I was really looking forward to a weekend breakfast..seems like so few good ones around. Made reservations A week in advance and still had to wait for half an hour at the door. I do have to say that the staff was very friendly and I have no problems with that aspect of this restaurant. Ordered the classic Benedict but with gluten-free muffins it was very tough as was the piece of pork on top of it. Rather skimpy on the hollandaise and the dish was less than warm. For those of you wishing the Corned Beef Hash, BEWARE. It was dreadful. The bed of veggys that the corned beef was combined with were RAW, they may have been blanched for less than a minute. I ordered my eggs "poached medium". All 3 eggs were rock hard. My other guest has had a very experienced career in a professional kitchen. She was embarrassed. I told the wait person it was terrible, she just smiled. I should have walked the plate back to the kitchen. Out of 5 stars,it got a solid 1/2 star. The coffee and toast were good
